The hotel offered a cute glass of champagne upon arrival. breakfast included a variety of options and tasted great. the rooftop terrace provided a quiet space. It was a nice escape. the hotel's location provided very easy access to buckingham palace.

my husband and i chose this hotel for our honeymoon. the staff surprised us with gifts and sincere, warm attention, celebrating with us. the location proved convenient. we found ourselves just a short walk from victoria station and buckingham palace.
the only minor thing was the corridors felt a bit narrow and the ceilings were low in some areas leading to our room. it wasn't a big issue, but i noticed it.
